This cattle is raised on open pastures and fed a natural grass diet for the majority of their lives. This grass-fed approach ensures the cattle are raised humanely, supporting their health and well-being while fostering sustainable land use. As they near the finishing phase, this cattle is fed a carefully selected grain blend. This grain finishing helps enhance the marbling and tenderness of the beef, resulting in the rich flavor and texture our customers love.
