3 Ground Beef (3 ~1lb packs) – The kind that actually tastes like beef, perfect for everything from weeknight dinners to weekend burgers.

2 Ribeye Steaks (2 ~0.8lb packs) – Cut thick and marbled perfectly. These steaks remind you what real beef should taste like.

2 NY Strip Steaks (2 ~0.7lb packs) – Restaurant-quality cuts that turn any evening into an occasion.

2 Osso Bucco (2 ~0.8lb packs) – In case you didn't know, these are cross-cuts of beef, with the marrow bone in the center. Braise them low and slow until the meat falls off the bone. The marrow? That's the best part. Rich, flavorful, and worth the wait.

2 Whole Chickens (2 ~6lb birds) – Pasture-raised birds with the deep, rich flavor that only comes from chickens raised the right way.

Store & Thaw

In general, every 30-35 lbs of frozen meat takes up about 1 cubic foot. So, this 29lb bundle will take up a little under a cubic foot in your freezer.

All cuts will last a year in the freezer at their best quality. Thaw in a bowl of water or in the fridge. Once thawed, ground meat and poultry should last 1-2 days in the fridge. Steaks should last 2-3 days in the fridge.
