~3.5lb Ground Beef (Ground Beef or Beef Patties) β The beef you'll reach for most often. Ground beef or pre-formed patties with the perfect fat ratio. In general, every 30-35 lbs of frozen meat takes up about 1 cubic foot. So, this 32lb bundle will take up about one cubic foot in your freezer.
All cuts will last a year in the freezer at their best quality. Thaw in a bowl of water or in the fridge. Once thawed, ground meat, beef cubes, pork cutlets, and chicken cuts should last 1-2 days in the fridge. Steaks and roasts should last 2-3 days in the fridge.
