3 days before your next deadline, we place your order and send you an email and text. You'll see exactly what's included and anything that's out of stock (we remove it and adjust your total - no substitutions).
Until the deadline passes, you can add products, remove items, skip the delivery, or let it go through as-is. After the deadline, it's locked and on its way to you.

When do you place my next order?
We place your order automatically 3 days before the order deadline. You'll get both an email and text notification to review.
What if something is out of stock?
You'll see it clearly marked "OUT OF STOCK" in the email we send you and in your cart when you login. We don't substitute. We just remove it and adjust your total.
Can I modify my order after you place it?
Yes, until the order deadline passes. You can add, remove, skip, or change anything from the time you get our notification until the deadline.
What if I need to skip a delivery?
Easy. After you get our email and text, you can skip that delivery with a few clicks. Or log into your account anytime. No penalties.
Can I add extra products to my order?
Absolutely. As long as its before the order deadline, add anything you want from our full selection. Each subscription order is fully customizable.
What are the free product options?

Can I change my delivery schedule?
