*How Bulk Beef Orders Work: Once you order, we charge a deposit and schedule your beef for processing. You'll get it within 2 months. We'll contact you with the delivery date and any custom cutting requests. After processing, we weigh your final finished meat and charge the balance.

Understanding Beef Weights & Pricing

Farms sell bulk beef three ways: Live Weight (animal on the hoof), Hanging Weight (after hide, head, and organs removed - about 60-62% of live weight), or Finished Weight (actual take-home meat after butchering - roughly 36-40% of live weight). We sell by finished weight, so you're charged per pound for exactly what you receive. When you add bulk beef to your cart, you'll see the estimated total based on finished weight.

Delivery is Included in the Price!

No extra fees or surprises or anything like that. When you checkout, we're both agreeing to a simple, all-inclusive price per pound for the final weight of meat you'll put in your freezer.
