Phil will personally review your application. If approved, you'll get added to our veteran-only pricing tier. You'll receive an email letting you know you're all set. If we need more info or there's an issue, we'll reach out.
Log into your account and shop like normal. You'll automatically see veteran pricing. It's 10% less than standard pricing across the entire store. It won't show as a "discount," you'll just see lower prices. That's your veteran pricing in action.

A: Anyone who served in the U.S. military --- active duty, reserves, National Guard, retired, or veteran status. All branches, all eras.
A: The discount is for the veteran who served. However, once approved, anyone in your household can use your account to place orders with the veteran pricing.
A: Usually within 1-2 business days. Phil reviews these personally, not through an automated system.
A: Any official military ID works: active, reserve, retired, or VA card. If you don't have any documentation handy, contact your branch's personnel office to request a copy of your DD214.
A: No. Once approved, you'll see veteran pricing throughout the store automatically when you're logged in. Prices will simply be 10% lower than standard pricing. You won't see it labeled as a "discount". It's simply your pricing tier.
A: Your veteran pricing is your base pricing. If we run a site-wide sale, your veteran discount applies to the already-reduced sale prices.
A: Each veteran needs to apply individually with their own documentation. But absolutely tell your veteran friends about it! We want to serve as many who served as possible.
A: We'll email you explaining why or asking for additional documentation if something was missing. This program is for verified veterans only, so we do need legitimate proof of service.
A: Nope. Once you're approved, you're approved. Your veteran pricing is permanent.
