Box Deal!
Steaks, ground beef, cubes. The starter pack for folks who want to taste what pasture-raised from 2 Coots actually means before going all in. Small box, big difference.
~2.5lb Steaks (Sirloin, Flat Iron, Denver, etc) - Tender cuts with serious beef flavor. Sear them screaming hot in cast iron until the crust is dark and crispy. The smell alone will make everyone come running. Slice thin against the grain for fajitas where the meat is the star. Grill fast and serve with chimichurri. Salt, pepper, butter... that's all they need. These steaks are juicy, beefy, and impossible to mess up.
~1lb Ground Beef - The beef you'll reach for most often. Ground beef with the perfect fat ratio. Smash burgers on a hot griddle with crispy, caramelized edges. Tacos where the meat actually tastes like something. Spaghetti sauce that simmers all day and fills your house with that smell. Chili that's thick and hearty. Meatloaf like your grandma made.
~1lb Beef Stew Meat - The cut that makes your stew actually worth eating. Pasture-raised beef that gets melt-in-your-mouth tender when you give it time. Braise it low, let it break down, and end up with something so good you'll be mopping up the bowl with bread. This is what stew meat should taste like.
In general, every 30-35 lbs of frozen meat takes up about 1 cubic foot. So, this 5lb bundle will take up way less than a cubic foot in your freezer.
All cuts will last a year in the freezer at their best quality. Thaw in a bowl of water or in the fridge. Once thawed, ground meat and cubes should last 1-2 days in the fridge. Steaks should last 2-3 days in the fridge.
