Interested in bulk beef but not ready to commit before you try it? This box is for you! It's a sampling of ground, steaks, roasts, and slow cooking meat. You can try a little of everything first, then fill your freezer.

What's Inside Your Box

~2.5lb Ground Beef (Ground Beef or Beef Patties) β€“ The beef you'll reach for most often. Ground beef or pre-formed patties with the perfect fat ratio. Smash burgers on a hot griddle with crispy, caramelized edges. Tacos where the meat actually tastes like something. Spaghetti sauce that simmers all day and fills your house with that smell. Chili that's thick and hearty. Meatloaf like your grandma made. 

~3lb Steaks (Sirloin, Ribeye, NY Strip, etc) - Sear them screaming hot in cast iron until the crust is dark and crispy. Slice thin against the grain for fajitas where the meat is the star. Grill fast and serve with chimichurri. Salt, pepper, butter... that's all they need. These steaks are juicy and beefy. Not tough. Not bland. Just good meat that tastes like it should. You'll cook these more than any other steak. Stock up.

~3.5lb Roasts (Chuck, Top Round, etc) - Turn Sunday into something special. Sear them first until they're deeply browned and aromatic. Low and slow in the oven with veggies and wine. Chuck roasts and pot roasts that slice like butter and fall apart with a fork. Yum! 

~2lb Slow Cooking Meat (Stew Meat, Short Ribs, Osso Bucco, etc) - The cuts that turn into fall-apart tender magic. Brown them first until they're caramelized and crusty. Make beef stew on cold nights. Braise short ribs until they're fork-tender and glossy. Simmer osso bucco until the marrow falls out of the bone. These cuts reward patience. Set it, forget it, come home to comfort food that tastes like you worked all day on it.

Store & Thaw

In general, every 30-35 lbs of frozen meat takes up about 1 cubic foot. So, this 12lb bundle will take up about 1/2 of a cubic foot in your freezer.

All cuts will last a year in the freezer at their best quality. Thaw in a bowl of water or in the fridge. Once thawed, ground beef should last 1-2 days in the fridge. Steaks and roasts should last 2-3 days in the fridge.
