Sourced from our pasture-raised, Grass-Fed & Grain Finished cattle and finished with grain for even more flavor and tenderness. Our premium full sides offer a diverse assortment of cuts, including juicy steaks, flavorful roasts, and tender ground beef.
Each piece is carefully trimmed and vacuum packed to ensure top-notch quality and taste. Our beef is free from antibiotics and hormones, ensuring a wholesome, nutritious choice for your family’s table.
This is a full side of our great tasting beef. You will pick it up fully frozen and boxed ready to take home.
This package is priced off of the finished weight of the beef. It will be weighed when we box it up and this will be the final pricing weight.
What You'll Receive
Here's about what will come in your 1/2 beef:
- 140lb Ground Meat
- 50lb Roasts (Brisket, Sirloin Tip, Top Round, Chuck, etc)
- 45lb Steaks (Ribeye, Chuck Eye, New York Strip, Skirt, etc)
- 15lb Cubed Meat (Short Ribs and Stew Meat)
The total weight should be around 250lb of meat.
