Sourced from our pasture-raised, 100% Grass-Fed cattle, our premium mixed quarter selections offer a diverse assortment of cuts, including juicy steaks, flavorful roasts, and tender ground beef. 

Each piece is carefully trimmed and vacuum packed to ensure top-notch quality and taste. Our Grass-Fed beef is free from antibiotics and hormones, ensuring a wholesome, nutritious choice for your family’s table.

This is a Mixed Quarter of our great tasting beef. You will pick it up fully frozen and boxed ready to take home. We will take all of the cuts in the full side of beef and split it evenly in two so you will get a complete sample of all of the cuts in a full side.

This package is priced finished weight of the beef. It will be weighed when we box it up and this will be the final pricing weight.

What You'll Receive

Here's about what will come in your 1/4 beef:

• 60lb Ground Meat
• 22lb Roasts (Brisket, Sirloin Tip, Top Round, Chuck, etc)
• 15lb Steaks (Ribeye, Chuck Eye, New York Strip, Skirt, etc)
• 8lb Cubed Meat (Short Ribs and Stew Meat)

The total weight should be around 105lb of meat.
