1/4 Beef (Grass Fed & GRASS Finished)

~105 lb of meat | $750 deposit

This is a mixed quarter of 100% grass fed beef. Raised with care on nutrient-rich pasture. Tender, flavorful, and hormone & antibiotic-free. Individually sealed, fully frozen, and ready to stock your freezer.

*A $750 deposit is required after your order is placed. The final balance is due once your beef is processed.

What You'll Receive

The total weight should be around 105lb of meat. Here's about what will come in your 1/4 beef:

  • ~60lb Ground Meat (Ground Beef and Beef Patties)
  • ~22lb Roasts (Brisket, Sirloin Tip, Top Round, Chuck, etc)
  • ~15lb Steaks (Ribeye, Chuck Eye, New York Strip, Skirt, etc)
  • ~8lb Cubed Meat (Short Ribs and Stew Meat)

Each cut is individually vacuum packed and comes frozen, ready for your freezer.

*If you'd also like the fat, bones, and organs, simply reach out to us. We can add them for an additional cost.

Freezer Space Needed

Plan for 1 cubic foot of freezer space for every 15lb of beef. So you'll need about 7 cubic feet of space for this 1/4 beef.

Timing & Payment

Once you place your order, you should receive your beef within 2 months. Here's how it works:

  1. Once your order is placed, we'll charge your card for a $750 deposit.
  2. Once the deposit clears, we'll schedule your beef to be processed. We'll reach out to you to let you know the expected delivery date. This should be within 2 months time. You can also tell us if you have any special requests at that time.
  3. Once your beef is processed, we'll weigh the final finished weight of meat you receive. We'll charge your card for the balance
  4. Once the balance is paid, we'll deliver it to you!

Notes on Pricing

This price includes it all! And that means shipping is rolled in. Simple, with no extra fees.

Different farms sell bulk beef in different ways:

  • Live Weight: What the animal weighs standing on the hoof before processing.
  • Hanging Weight: What's left after removing hide, head, organs, and feet... before butchering into cuts. This is typically 60-62% of the live weight. 
  • *Finished Weight: The actual meat you take home after trimming, deboning, and cutting. Usually about 36-40% of live weight, which is about 60-65% of hanging weight.

*Our beef is sold by the finished weight! You get charged by the pound for exactly what you receive. 

When you add a 1/4 beef to your cart, you'll see the estimated final total. It's sold per pound by the finished weight.
