Turkey Breakfast Sausage

From pasture-raised birds. Made from our ground turkey, seasoned for breakfast. Good for quick weekday mornings or as a leaner alternative to pork sausage.

What it's good for:

Pan-fry patties or links over medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through and golden brown. Cook them all the way, turkey needs to hit 165°F. Crumble them into scrambled eggs. Add them to a breakfast burrito.

They cook faster than pork sausage because they're leaner. Keep an eye on them.

Made from our pasture-raised turkey, birds that live on open pasture and forage for a varied diet supplemented with GMO-free feed. Seasoned simply for breakfast flavor without artificial additives.

No hormones, no antibiotics. Leaner than pork sausage, more protein, clean ingredients.

How you store it:

Keep frozen until ready to use for up to 12 months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight, or quick thaw in a bowl of cold water if you're in a hurry (just keep it in the sealed package). Keep thawed turkey breakfast sausage in the fridge for 1-2 days, or refreeze immediately if not using.
