Liquid Gold Collagen Bone Broth
November 5, 2026 • 0 comments
What’s the difference between stock and bone broth? 48 hours of slow cooking, extracting collagen, gelatin, fat and protein from beef marrow bones and pasture-raised chicken paws. Keeps your skin bouncy and youthful, joints strong, and gut healthy.
All you need is a slow cooker and a little bit of patience.
- Servings: 3 quarts
Ingredients
- (1 bone) Beef Marrow Bones
- (1 pack) Chicken Feet
- Purified Water
Directions
- In a slow cooker, add the marrow bones and chicken feet. Cover bones with purified water. Fill to the top with water to make a thinner broth.
- Set the slow cooker on low and let it go for 24-48 hours.
- Strain through a sieve and portion into containers for the freezer, keep one container in the fridge for cooking with. Use in all home cooking wherever you’d use water: cook rice, soup, braising liquid, and sauces with this superfood. Dilute half and half with water, it’s extra rich.
