Boneless Turkey Breast

-

From pasture-raised birds on our Tennessee ranch. Good for holiday meals when you don't need a whole bird, or for slicing and meal prepping throughout the week.

What it's good for:

Roast it at 325°F to 165°F internal, about 1.5–2 hours depending on size. Or sous vide it at 145°F for 3–4 hours for very juicy results. Brine it overnight beforehand if you want extra moisture.

Slice it thin for sandwiches and meal prep. Or serve it for a small holiday dinner where a whole bird is too much.

Here's what you're getting:

Boneless turkey breast from birds raised on open pasture supplemented with GMO-free feed. Pasture-raised turkey has better flavor than conventional, the birds actually move around and eat a varied diet.

No hormones, no antibiotics. Honest poultry from a ranch you can trace.

How you store it:

Keep frozen until ready to use for up to 12 months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight, or quick thaw in a bowl of cold water if you're in a hurry (just keep it in the sealed package). Keep thawed turkey breast in the fridge for 1-2 days, or refreeze immediately if not using
