What's Inside Your Box

2 Whole Chickens (2 ~6lb birds) – Perfect for roasting, rotisserie-style grilling, or breaking down for multiple meals. These birds have the deep, rich flavor that only comes from chickens that lived like chickens should – scratching, pecking, and roaming free.

Chicken Breasts (1 ~2.5lb pack) – Lean, flavorful, and versatile. Great for roasting, slicing for sandwiches, or cubing for soups and casseroles. This is what turkey tastes like when the bird actually got to strut around outside instead of standing in a barn all day.

Chicken Thighs (1 ~2.4lb pack) – More flavorful than breast meat and way harder to overcook. Roast them low and slow, throw them in the smoker, or braise them like you would chicken thighs. Juicy, rich, and underrated. 

Chicken Drumsticks (1 ~1.9lb pack) - Dark meat that's hard to mess up. Grill them, bake them, toss them in the slow cooker, or throw them on the smoker. Way more flavor than breast meat and they stay juicy even if you cook them a little too long. Kids love them. Adults should too.

Chicken Wings (1 ~1.9lb packs) – Not just for game day. Roast them until crispy, smoke them low and slow, or toss them in a sauce and bake. These have actual flavor because our chickens lived outside eating bugs and grass instead of standing in a barn. Perfect for feeding a crowd or just yourself.

Store & Thaw

In general, every 30-35 lbs of frozen meat takes up about 1 cubic foot. So, this 24lb bundle will take up a little less than one cubic foot in your freezer.

All cuts will last a year in the freezer at their best quality. Thaw in a bowl of water or in the fridge. Once thawed, chicken should last 1-2 days in the fridge.
