Pasture-Raised Eggs

1 dozen per carton, mix of brown and white shells

Eggs from hens that actually spend their days on pasture. Real outdoor space, real foraging, real sunshine. The difference shows up in the yolks and richer flavor. Only available for pickup.

What it’s good for:

Scramble them, fry them, hard-boil them, bake them into whatever you're making. The yolks are richer and have better flavor whether you're making breakfast or using them in baking. They work the same as any eggs. Crack them, cook them, eat them.

The deeper color makes for better-looking dishes if that matters to you. But mostly, they just taste better because the hens eat a real diet instead of only commercial feed.

Here’s what you’re getting:

Our hens have year-round access to open pasture where they do what chickens are supposed to do: scratch for bugs, eat grass, and soak up sunshine. We make sure their feeder is filled with GMO-free feed, but they're out there finding their own food too.

That varied diet is what gives you those deep golden yolks. It’s not artificial coloring or some trick. It’s beta-carotene from all the greens and insects they eat. We promise you’ll notice the difference.

In the warmer months, our hens live outdoors, on pasture, in mobile coops that move to fresh grass regularly. This rotation is better for the hens and better for the soil. The chickens naturally fertilize as they go, and moving them prevents overgrazing. In the colder months, our hens are in a greenhouse on a thick bed of mulch that gets used as compost/fertilizer later in the year, once again helping rebuild that soil.

No hormones, no antibiotics, no cutting corners. Just hens raised the way they should be, on a veteran-owned ranch where our word is our bond.

Keeping them fresh:

Keep refrigerated. Fresh eggs will keep 6+ weeks in your fridge, though you'll probably eat them before then.
