Chicken Drumsticks

-

From pasture-raised birds. They're drumsticks, pretty hard to mess up, honestly.

What it's good for:

Roast them at 425°F for 35–40 minutes until the skin is golden and they hit 165°F. Grill them over medium heat. Air fry them at 400°F for 25 minutes.

Good for a quick weeknight dinner. Season with whatever you've got. They're hard to dry out because the bone keeps them moist.

Here's what you're getting:

Pasture-raised drumsticks from birds that actually live outside. They forage for bugs and grass and get supplemented with GMO-free feed. More flavor than conventional, better texture.

No hormones, no antibiotics. Just chickens raised the way chickens are supposed to be raised.

How you store it:

Keep frozen until ready to use for up to 12 months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight, or quick thaw in a bowl of cold water if you're in a hurry (just keep it in the sealed package). Keep thawed chicken drumsticks in the fridge for 1-2 days, or refreeze immediately if not using.
