Cook with it anywhere you'd use butter or oil. Roast vegetables, fry eggs, sear steaks, make pie crusts. Use it as a base for homemade skin cream or lip balm. Melt it down with a wick for candles, scented or not, your call.

Suet specifically, the hard fat from around the kidneys, is great for traditional recipes like suet pastry, British puddings, or adding to ground meat blends for extra richness.
