What it’s good for:

Use it anywhere you'd use regular ground beef. Burgers, tacos, meatballs, meatloaf, pasta sauce, chili. The organ meat is mixed in at 15%, so you won't taste it. If you've been skeptical about eating organs because of the flavor, this is an easy way to get the nutrition without the strong taste.

Brown it for tacos or pasta sauce. Form it into burger patties. Mix it with seasonings for meatballs or meatloaf. It cooks the same as our regular ground beef, so you don't need to change how you do things.

The organ meats add extra nutrients. More iron, B vitamins, and other minerals than you'd get from muscle meat alone. But the flavor stays mild and beefy. Your family probably won't even know there are organs in there unless you tell them.

Here’s what you’re getting: 

This blend is 85% ground beef and 15% organ meats (liver, heart, and kidney). All from cattle that are pasture-raised, eating forage from day one all the way through.

What’s even better? That life on pasture means you’re getting better nutrition, such as higher levels of omega-3 fatty acids from regenerative farming practices like rotational grazing, which is better for them and better for the soil. The organ meats add another layer of nutrients. Organ meats are some of the most nutrient-dense foods you can eat, packed with vitamins A, B12, iron, zinc, and more.

The 80/20 lean-to-fat ratio (from the ground beef portion) hits the sweet spot. Enough fat to keep things juicy and flavorful, but not greasy. The organs are lean, so they don't add extra fat. They add nutrition.

How you store it: 

Keep frozen until ready to use for up to 12 months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight, or quick thaw in a bowl of cold water if you’re in a hurry (just keep it in the sealed package). Keep thawed blend in the fridge for 1-2 days, or refreeze immediately if not using.
