A single-layer 8" square cake baked on the ranch, already iced and ready to go. This is a fluffy chocolate cake with chocolate icing. Serves 9-12 depending on how generous you're feeling. Comes in an aluminum pan (no fuss, no mess). Plain and simple by design, so you can leave it as-is or dress it up at home if the occasion calls for it.

Store & Thaw

Will last on the counter for 2-3 days or in the fridge for 3-5 days. After that, they might get too hard for max enjoyment.

Ingredients

Chocolate Cake: Flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, espresso powder, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla, hot coffee, and sour cream.

Chocolate Frosting: Butter, confectioners sugar, cocoa powder, heavy cream, salt, and vanilla.
