We've got too much of some stuff. It's taking up freezer space. So we're marking it down steeper than normal to move it. It's a pretty random selection of what we need gone. Same quality, better price.
2 Packs of Turkey Drumsticks (2 ~2.6lb packs) - Roast them, smoke them, or slow-cook them. Dark meat means more flavor and they're hard to overcook. Plus, eating them caveman-style is half the fun. Kids love these.
2 Packs of Chicken Soup Bones (2 ~2.5lb packs) - Necks and backs loaded with flavor and collagen. Simmer them for hours to make rich, gelatinous bone broth. Use it for soup, cooking rice, or sipping when you're sick.
2 Packs of Turkey Breakfast Sausage (2 ~2lb packs) β Loose ground turkey sausage seasoned for breakfast. Brown it up for scrambles, breakfast burritos, or alongside eggs. Leaner than pork sausage but still plenty of flavor. Easy weekday breakfast protein.
2 Cornish Hens (2 ~1.75lb packs) - One bird per person. Roast them with herbs and butter for an impressive dinner that's easier than it looks. Perfect for date night or when you want to look like you know what you're doing in the kitchen.
4 GRASS Finished Osso Bucco (4 ~0.5lb packs) β In case you didn't know, these are cross-cuts of beef, with the marrow bone in the center. Braise them low and slow until the meat falls off the bone. The marrow? That's the best part. Rich, flavorful, and worth the wait.
2 Packs of Turkey Wings (2 ~2.63lb packs) - Meatier and more flavorful than chicken wings. Smoke them, roast them, or throw them in soup for rich stock. They take longer to cook but it's worth it. Great for feeding a crowd without breaking the bank.
1 Pack of Beef Soup Bones (1 ~5lb pack) - Roast them first, then simmer for hours to make rich beef stock. Full of collagen and minerals. Use it for soup, cooking grains, or sipping straight. Way better than store-bought stock from a box.
2 GRAIN Finished Chuck Eye Steaks (2 ~0.6lb packs) - Looks like ribeye, tastes like ribeye, comes from right next to the ribeye. Tender, well-marbled, and seriously underrated. Grill it hot and fast. You'll wonder why nobody talks about these.
In general, every 30-35 lbs of frozen meat takes up about 1 cubic foot. So, this 29lb bundle will take up a little less than a cubic foot in your freezer.
All cuts will last a year in the freezer at their best quality. Thaw in a bowl of water or in the fridge. Once thawed, ground meat and poultry should last 1-2 days in the fridge. Steaks and bones should last 2-3 days in the fridge.
