Plenty of Ice
We pack your order with enough ice packs to keep everything super cold for 2-3 days. Even if UPS takes the scenic route, your meat stays frozen (or at worst, partially thawed).
Vacuum-Sealed Packaging
Every cut is individually vacuum-sealed. Keeps it fresh, prevents freezer burn, makes it easy to grab what you need.

Our Word Is Our Bond
We learned in the military that your word matters. If we say we're delivering clean, pasture-raised meat frozen to your door, that's what you're getting.
If your order arrives completely thawed or damaged:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. No arguments, no hassle.
If you're not happy with the quality:
We raise our animals right and process them carefully. But if something's not up to standard, let us know within 7 days and we'll make it right.
If we screw up your order:
Wrong items, missing products, whatever. We'll fix it immediately.
What we ask from you:
- Contact us quickly (within 24 hours for shipping issues, 7 days for quality).
- Provide photos if there's a problem.
- Give us a chance to make it right.

Do you offer pickup?
Yes, you can pickup on the ranch! Pickup days are Tuesday-Saturday.
Where does 2 Coots Ranch deliver?
We ship orders in the mail to all 48 lower states!
Who will deliver my order?
Your order will be delivered by UPS, ensuring that your items arrive safely and on time.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged when we pack your order for delivery. Since some of our items are priced by the pound, the final total may be a little higher or lower than the estimate you received. We’ll adjust based on the exact weight of your items.
When will my order be ready for delivery?
We deliver orders every week. We'll provide an estimated delivery date before you confirm your order. Our order deadline is Sunday at midnight for delivery that week.
What if I'm not home for my delivery?
No worries! We pack everything in an insulated box to keep the frozen frozen (or partially thawed). As long as everything is still cold to the touch and sealed, you can safely refreeze them. We recommend unpacking everything the day you receive it.
Is there a Home Delivery order minimum?
We have a minimum order of $50 for home delivery. This helps us make sure we cover the cost to keep things running smoothly and ensure you get the best quality meat delivered right to your door!
Do you offer FREE shipping?
You bet! We offer free shipping, though we all know there's no such thing as truly "free" shipping.
To keep things straightforward and cost-effective, we’ve set a minimum order requirement for free shipping of $175. By rolling delivery costs into the total of your items, we’re able to offer that "free" delivery. Hope that clears things up for ya!
