Do you offer pickup?

Yes, you can pickup on the ranch! Pickup times are Monday-Friday 9am to 4pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm, closed on Sundays.

Where does 2 Coots Ranch deliver?

We offer 1-2 day delivery to the following states: KY, AL, MS, AR, GA, SC, NC, VA, WV, DC, PA, MD, DE, NY, OH, MI, IN, WI, IL, MN, IA, MO, KS, OK, CO, NE, TX, LA, and our home state of Tennessee.

Who will deliver my order?

Your order will be delivered by UPS, ensuring that your items arrive safely and on time.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be charged when we pack your order for delivery. Since some of our items are priced by the pound, the final total may be a little higher or lower than the estimate you received. We’ll adjust based on the exact weight of your items.

When will my order be ready for delivery?

We deliver orders weekly and provide an estimated delivery date before you confirm your order. Our order deadline is Sunday at midnight. 

What if I'm not home for my delivery?

No worries! All our meats are frozen to keep them fresh. As long as they’re still cold to the touch and sealed, you can safely refreeze them. We recommend unpacking everything as soon as you get home.

Is there a Home Delivery order minimum?

We have a minimum order of $125 for home delivery. This helps us make sure we cover the cost to keep things running smoothly and ensure you get the best quality meat delivered right to your door!

Do you offer FREE shipping?

You bet! We offer free shipping, though we all know there's no such thing as truly "free" shipping.

To keep things straightforward and cost-effective, we’ve set a minimum order requirement for free shipping of $175. By rolling delivery costs into the total of your items, we’re able to offer that "free" delivery. Hope that clears things up for ya!
