Chicken Hearts

From pasture-raised birds. Small, rich, and nutrient-dense. Great for pets or for cooking. Birds raised on open pasture with GMO-free feed. 

What it's good for:

For cooking: skewer them and grill over high heat for 3–4 minutes, they're popular in Brazilian churrascarias. Or sauté them in butter with garlic for 5–6 minutes. They're small and cook fast.

For pets: a great whole-food protein addition to your dog's diet, raw or lightly cooked.

Chicken hearts are an actual muscle, small, dense, and rich in CoQ10, iron, and B vitamins. From birds raised on open pasture supplemented with GMO-free feed.

No hormones, no antibiotics. Good clean protein from a real source.

How you store it:

Keep frozen until ready to use for up to 12 months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight, or quick thaw in a bowl of cold water if you're in a hurry (just keep it in the sealed package). Keep thawed chicken hearts in the fridge for 1-2 days, or refreeze immediately if not using.
