BBQ Marinade:

- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar or honey
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Dash of hot sauce (optional)
For the Sandwich:
- 4 sandwich buns (brioche, potato, or rustic rolls)
- 1 cup coleslaw (creamy or vinegar-based)
- Dill pickles
- Sliced red onions (raw or grilled)

Instructions:
- Prep the Chicken:
- Slice each chicken breast horizontally to create thinner cutlets (about ½" thick) for even grilling.
- Pat dry, rub with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Marinate:
